Ezekiel 8:7-8 – 7 So He brought me to the door of the court; and when I looked, there was a hole in the wall. 8 Then He said to me, “Son of man, dig into the wall”; and when I dug into the wall, there was a door.
I think that some people believe that heaven “just happens”. As I was reading this passage today, I was reminded that while Jesus opened the door to Heaven for us, we must still work to find it, “and when I dug into the wall, there was a door”. No, Heaven does not “just happen”, it is something that we must search for. There is a door in all of our lives, the question is will we strive for it?
