The Cross of Christ

1 Corinthians 6:9-11- 9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor men who have sex with men 10 nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And that is what some of you were. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

As I was walking through Walmart, I saw a man who looked spiritually lost.  As I watched him, I studied his face and looked about him.  When I reached his left ankle, I saw the monitoring device.  He was obviously a person released from some type of criminal wrongdoing. When I reached his right leg, I saw a tattoo of the cross of Christ. “But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.” Remember that sinners are in fact the ones that need Jesus — even people with monitoring devices. Despite our sins, we can be washed and sanctified by God. There is not a single soul the Lord does not desire.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
