Acts 17:10-12 – 10 Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. 11 These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so. 12 Therefore many of them believed, and also not a few of the Greeks, prominent women as well as men.
I was recently talking to someone while shopping who had recently lost a grandparent to an illness. They told me that their grandparent was a religious person, but they themselves were not. I asked them what would it take for them to believe in God and their answer was “I just need to start reading the Bible”. Not only is the Bible important for those that are searching for God, but it is also important for believers as a constant word of encouragement and strength for the daily battles/trials we will face. God’s Word is designed to give us exactly what we need, when we need it for whatever situation we find ourselves in. All we simply must do is search it to find the answers we need. Make searching God’s Word a part of your daily routine for not only yourself, but also your family.
I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
