Psalm 77:1-2 – ¹ I cried out to God for help; I cried out to God to hear me. ² When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; at night I stretched out untiring hands, and I would not be comforted.

I recently heard a quote on the radio; “sometimes the most powerful prayer we can pray is one word — ‘help'”. Never be afraid to cry out to the God, “I cried out to God for help; I cried out to God to hear me.” Cry out because God hears and God answers.
