Are You Ready?

Matthew 25:6-10 – “And at midnight a cry was heard: ‘Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!’ Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said to the wise, ‘Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.’But the wise answered, saying, ‘No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.’ 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut.

We are always told to “be ready”, but are we? From natural disasters to diseases we never seem to be fully ready. Several times in the New Testament, Jesus warns us of the need to “be ready” for His return. I pray that recent events have shown us the need and importance of being ready and prepared for the unexpected surprises of this life and the expected return of our Savior.

I pray for blessings today for you on your Journey!
